There is something rotten in the state of Denmark. Madness, deceit, passion, betrayal and murder most foul await you beginning October 24, 2009. The Knightsbridge Theatre proudly presents Hamlet, directed by Carolee Shoemaker. This ultimate ghost story, opening just in time for Halloween, transports audiences to the gothic Victorian age and calls to mind the darkness of great horror films such as Bram Stokers’ Dracula.
Hamlet runs Saturday, October 24, 2009 through Sunday, November 15, 2009. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. with a special Halloween event on October 31 (costumes encouraged). Tickets: $20 for adults; $18 for students/seniors over 65 (I.D. required). The Knightsbridge Theatre is located at 1944 Riverside Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90039. For information and reservations, call 323.667.0955.
